Operations Support Coordinator (Admin Assistant)

As an Operations Support Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our staff and volunteers, ensuring they have everything they need to deliver life-changing services across our organisation.

This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You’ll be the friendly face at reception, the organiser behind the scenes, and the go-to person for keeping things running smoothly. From handling enquiries and maintaining accurate records to supporting our Guide Dogs services and volunteer teams, your work will directly contribute to the success of our operations. You’ll also take ownership of local health and safety activities, coordinate site maintenance, manage pool vehicles, and ensure our office environment is safe, professional and welcoming.

You’ll be involved in everything from booking hotels and sending out puppy packs to supporting seasonal events and senior visits. Whether it’s raising purchase orders, training new starters, or preparing donations for banking, your attention to detail and proactive approach will make a real impact.
