Vision Rehabilitation Service Manager

We’re looking for a dynamic leader to join us as Vision Rehabilitation Service Manager. In this role, you’ll help people with sight loss live the life they choose by leading operations team that delivers consistent, person-centred services to adults and their families across the Midlands & East region.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, managing operational performance, and fostering strong partnerships both internally and externally. This includes overseeing the delivery of Vision Rehabilitation Services, embedding safe practices, and driving continuous improvement through customer feedback and data analysis. You’ll lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring professional standards, safeguarding compliance, and effective resource planning are maintained.

As part of your strategic responsibilities, you’ll contribute to long-term planning, monitor performance against key indicators, and support change initiatives that align with Guide Dogs’ national goals. You’ll also play a key role in quality assurance, financial oversight, and supporting fundraising efforts where appropriate.

This role is a mix of home and office working within the Midlands and East region. You’ll be working 35 hours across the week, typically from 9am to 5pm between Monday and Friday. Some flexibility will be required to occasionally work outside of these core hours.
